Synaesthesia
Synaesthesia is a condition in which one sense stimulates experiences in other senses. People with hyperphantasia, or extremely vivid mental imagery, have a higher rate of synaesthesia with notable exceptions. Aphantasics may still experience synaesthesia, but aphantasia influences the type of synaesthesia they experience. Learn more with these resources.
