Siegfried Rogge

Hi, I´m new to aphantasia maybe 2 months, for me it´s actually really frustrating. it´s the same for me. It´s like standing in a dark room and the light turns on for a micro second. The picture is unclear and disappers like fog in a second. When i close my eyes in also only see "clouds". Sorry for my english, it´s not my first language.
