Hello Charlotte I can relate with You. I too am Aphantasic but never knew it until November of 2018. Now I am gathering things for the purpose of writing a book. I don't know if you have ever heard of image streaming but this was a way one person suggested might unlock the condition called aphantasia. I have not kept up with it as I ought so I can't say from experience how it worked for me but I need to get back into that again. Anyway take care and good luck with spreading the news about Aphantasia so that people could better understand it.
