Joined over 5 years agoI just found out today, which led me to this website. My friends and I were talking and one of them brought up how she thought it was insane that some people don't see what they are imagining. Everyone else agreed and I was really confused. How can someone possibly see what they are thinking? They explained to me: if they thought of an object, an apple for example, they would see the apple. They would see the color, shape, details. I still thought they were messing with me. They kept getting me to think of stuff to see if I saw something, but I never saw anything. Not even a bit of color. Throughout the day, I kept asking people I knew and they looked at me like I was crazy. What do you mean, you don't see anything? Like just black? I have yet to ask my family if they have this, too. I am just wondering how so much of my life went by without realizing that people see what they imagine.
