I totally agree. Beautifully stated. For me, the past is a big ball of things that have happened and are not now. The future is a big ball of things that have yet to happen and are not now. Now is where it's at. I've watched a number of friends and family struggle with trauma around images they can't get rid of, and consider my Aphantasia to be a super power, too.
