Don't get tired of music and movies

Hello!
So about a year ago I discovered in my cognitive psychology course that I am aphantasic. I've never been able to imagine things and hated meditating, because what's so nice about seeing black and telling myself waves are moving or the sun is setting? I was shocked to find out that people literally saw these things and could actually hear singers and peoples voices, not their own.
Anyways, I love listening to music and I always have headphones on when I'm out or doing tasks that don't require my full attention. I've noticed that I don't get tired of songs, like if I like a song it will be played at least once a day until a new song catches my interest. Same thing for movies, I have a tendency to rewatch movies multiple times throughout the year.
My question is, do any fellow aphantasics not get tired of songs and movies? Of course we dislike certain songs and never want to hear them again, but do you get tired of songs you like? Do you ever feel that it has just been overplayed and now you can't stand to hear it anymore? Same thing for movies, do you find you can watch things repetitively without getting tired of it?

I'm an aphantastic who also has synaesthesia and I do get tired of songs and there are certain sounds that are more pleasing than others but it's usually when the production is done by better producers obviously and I get tired of movies as well but movies and shows that make me laugh and smile and romantic movies and shows are ones that I can watch over and over. I sometimes find myself being drawn to old school films and tv shows.

I don't get tired of songs, shows, and films that I like, either. I always have either music or a show playing when I'm working around the house. In my mind, if something is truly good then it is good the first time and the hundredth time. Question in return: Are you a compulsive singer? I tend to have an actual problem NOT singing along with a song that I know. Just wondering if it's just me. :)

I relate to this so much. Everyone's always telling me to shut up because I constantly sing. Plus i never get tired of tv shows/ listening to music and could watch a movie i like countless times without getting bored of it. This makes so much sense to me that it could be linked to aphantasia

Yes I am 100% a compulsive singer! In fact I sing to songs I don't know or in another language. I'm a beat behind, but I just can't help it :) however, I do wonder if it's just my outlook on entertainment or because of not having a mind's eye. I know a lot of people that get tired of songs that are on repeat and they find it crazy that I've listened to a song on repeat. All hypothetical, but I feel like I'm rexperiencing the music or film again. Like I can't recreate the tone or pitch in my mind, so I have to relisten or watch it again. That's a much better experience than me talking to myself.
