I’m a research Biologist turned award winning HR leader who now specialises in Neurodiversity Training and Executive Coaching in my business Next Step HR Ltd.  I partner with HR teams to help them engage and retain Neurodivergent talent. As a scientist I bring an evidence based approach to help HR teams solve difficult and costly team conflicts through coaching and development for their neurodivergent team members. I recognise my own neurodiversity - Aphantasia and AuDHD as the basis for my own creativity and curiosity. Myth we develop in our areas of weakness - we don't, we develop most in our areas of strength. The poetic principle in business tells us what we focus on grows and words create worlds. I am also a Business Poet. I incorporate my love of words into my business as well as using creativity in coaching. I am well known for wearing hats when I perform and remembered for making people cry - in a good way.
